Service Area
Mobile appointments make up the bulk of my diary, offering visits to clients homes or places of work. However, for greater appointment flexibility I offer both mobile and in clinic appointments. For a list of clinic locations, please see below.
Travel Distance:
Rather than put a mile radius travel distance, I try to keep my drive time to no more than 20 mins (one way) to an appointment. I am more than happy to make considerations for traveling further if there is an option for more than one booking at a location. Booking back to back appointments in one location often allows me further drive time.
Mobile Appointment
My base of operations is Sproughton Village on the western outskirts of Ipswich.
This situates me conveniently close to the A14 so I am well equipped to cover a broad area.
As a mobile therapist I find my services tend to suit those particularly in more rural/remote settings such as the smaller villages situated along the A14/A12 corridor.
Examples of the areas I frequent include but are not limited to:
Ipswich, Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Barham, Nacton, Claydon, Copdock, Bramford, Hadleigh Somersham, Wherstead, Hintlesham, Needham Market, Flowton, Washbrook,
Grange Fitness and Performance:
23 Betts Ave, Martlesham Heath, Martlesham, Ipswich IP5 3RH
I have access to a treatment room in a well established Cross Fit Gym and generally use the space on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
You DO NOT need to be a member of GFP to see me here.
To see me at Grange Fitness please ensure you select the location when making a booking

Generally if my table can fit, I can work in most spaces. See left an image of my set up in a clients garden, we made full use of the Summer heatwave on this particular day!
On the right is one of my event day set ups for the amazing Kettlebell Juggling World Games London 2025. Did you know I also work Events and Corporate days?
Are you interested in my mobile massage services at an event you are running?
