Sports Massage
£60 - 60 mins
A firm massage incorporating specialized techniques tailored for more active individuals to optimize performance, aid recovery, and prevent injuries. Generally more goal focused targeting specific injuries.
You do not need to be an “active” person to receive a sports massage. Treatments generally involve a little more movement from the client, I may have you changing positions more regularly or have you make movements as I hold pressure points such as raising your arm above your head.
Cupping
£60 - 60 mins
Cupping treatments employ the use of a vacuum to lift soft tissues to stretch underlying fascia and muscle away from the bone. Cupping promotes circulation, pulling blood cells into the tissues encouraging healing.
Either Traditional Cupping with a bare flame or modern cupping with silicone vacuum cups is available
NOTE: Cupping will leave marks on the skin. These are pain free and usually fade over 4-7 days.
As with the acupuncture, if you would like to try this service first, that is fine. I believe clients should have the freedom of being able to try the therapy without the pressure of upselling
Deep Tissue Massage
£60 - 60 mins
Lighter than sports massage yet still firm. Deep Tissue massage therapy is for anyone in need, whether that be a simple de-stress or a fixing a specific niggle. Designed to take on those more “life-style” factors such as aching neck and shoulders from working at a desk.
This option is your best bet if you are an “every day Joe” looking for relief. We can still target specific areas/zones but this massage will be a lot more passive than a sports massage treatment. Giving you the chance to lay back and relax.
Seated Acupressure Massage
Generally only available during Corporate day experiences. Seated Acupressure Massage offers the convenience of keeping clients clothed with treatments that are easy to perform in the workplace or local event.
This allows for seeing maximum people in a minimal time frame.

Acupuncture/Dry Needling
£65 - 60 mins
A service incorporated into a Sports Massage or Deep Tissue treatment. Using sterile, single use needles, Acupuncture/Dry Needling involves the placement of fine needles through the skin and into muscles. Western Acupuncture focuses on the anatomical muscle groups of the body to offer targeted pain relief.

If you are curious about acupuncture and would like to try it, book a sports massage and let me know that you would like to add some needles. I will not charge extra for this. I believe clients should have the freedom of being able to try the therapy without the pressure of upselling. Please let me know at the beginning of the session as informed consent needs to be obtained.
Trying out the needles will be limited to a few in one session. Following that, dedicated sessions are £65 to cover the cost of needles
Supplementary Extras
As a therapist I carry extra tools within my arsenal to aid and assist recovery and help enhance my treatments. These include the use of
- Percussive Massage Guns
- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM/Gua Sha)
- Kinesiology (flex) taping
- Recovery Boots
Whilst I always endeavour to absorb the costs, kinesiology tape is surprisingly expensive! Meaning a surcharge of £5 will be added to treatments in which it is used. I will always make the client aware of this before hand.
